        The 28 Day Success Programme

        The 28-Day Success Program is highly effective for addressing most issues, whether it's a phobia, addiction, or limiting belief. Based on our extensive experience, most clients see significant changes after just one program. However, in some cases, a second program may be recommended, depending on the complexity of the issue.

        Your journey starts with a 60-minute consultation, where we'll explore your goals and what you aim to achieve. I’ll also introduce you to hypnotherapy and answer any questions you may have. When you're ready, we'll begin the hypnosis session—a deeply relaxing experience that allows us to access your powerful subconscious mind. This process enables us to quickly replace outdated beliefs with new, empowering ones, often leading to faster results compared to traditional talking therapies.

        You'll also receive a recording to listen to each night, helping to reinforce the positive changes. It is designed for you to listen to at night .

        A follow-up session will further embed these new habits and behaviors.

        Please note that this programme is not intended for weight loss, smoking cessation, or issues requiring more in-depth work.
